REGISTRATION FORMS
ACADEMIC YEAR 2010 - 2011
Please complete and return all the required forms along with a check for $100.00 nonrefundable deposit to the Religious School Office by June 21, 2010. Registrations without deposits attached will not be accepted. We cannot bill your account for your deposit.
Unless financial arrangements are made in advance, all school fees are
due before your student may attend class.

* A $100 non refundable deposit and the registration forms are due no later than June 21, 2010
* One half 91/2) of the tuition and specialty fees, plus FULL book fees, less the $100 deposit are due by July 16, 2010. The tuition, specialty fees, and book fees should be submitted together with the Payment Form and Tuition and Fee form, which will be uploaded to this page by mid June and will include book and material fees.
* The balance of tuition, specialty fees, and book fees is due by August 13, 2010.
* Late payment fee applies after August 13, 2010 – please add $25 per child
